Our ‘Wedding Package’ includes:

 

Exclusive Use of the entire building from Friday 2pm to Sunday 11am, allowing time for setting-up before, and clearing up after, your Big Day.

 

The main hall can seat up to 150 people around tables (200 in theatre style rows) and the lounge area can seat up to 50. Included in your package are our banqueting chairs and 6 ft diameter round tables that seat up to 10-12 people each. (Tablecloths and chair covers are not included and would need to be hired from elsewhere if you would like these).

Full exclusive use of our catering kitchen. The kitchen is a commercial standard cooking facility, including 12 burner rings, 2 ovens, full size fridge, commercial dishwasher, microwave oven, 1 Lincat hot water unit, freezer space, warming cabinet and stainless steel work surfaces. Use of basic crockery, cutlery is included.

 

A serviced bar is available which stocks a variety of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks including bottles of table wine to purchase at your request.  We can also provide welcome drinks and a toast drink at competitive rates. No other alcohol/drinks are allowed to be brought onto the premises. 

 

Full exclusive use of our large south-facing patio and full (but not exclusive) use of the adjoining recreation ground and children’s playfort. The patio immediately adjoins the main hall and is fenced from the main recreation ground making it a private space ideal to spill out onto. It can been used for outdoor catering at weddings including hog roasts and barbecues.

 

Toilet and hand-washing facilities, including a fully-equipped disabled toilet.

 

Car parking on site for 50 cars including 2 designated disabled spaces.

 

The Hall is happy to accommodate your disco or live band. (Please see terms and conditions on booking forms for full conditions of hire relating to times, licensing and noise regulations). 

 

The above package is £1300 (£1250 for Long Clawson residents) prices as at 1st September 2022.  Prices are reviewed on 1st June annually.

 

If you are not planning on having your own band/DJ it is possible to hire the halls "technical package" including PA, microphone for an extra fee.

 

We do request that hirers leave the Hall clean and in the condition in which they found it. It is possible with sufficient notice for our cleaner to undertake a full post wedding clean for an extra cost of £125.
